Filipino rising boxing sensation Kenneth “The Lover Boy” Llover will challenge his unbeaten streak against up-and-coming Japanese boxer Tulio Dekanarudo for the Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) interim bantamweight title this coming December 15 at the Sumiyoshi Sporstcenter in Osaka, Japan.
